MOBILE SERVICE: - Our fleet of mobile service trucks maximizes your convenience. We do everything from on-site oil changes to medium sized repairs at your location or breakdown site. As always pick-up and delivery for in-house repairs is available.

CONTRACT MAINTENANCE: - We can tailor a contract maintenance program to fit the exact needs and requirements of your operation allowing you the maximum value for your investment.

FACILITY: - We feature a 30 bay state of the art facility open from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM Monday thru Friday and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. We also have a 24 hour, 7day a week emergency call out service that can be reached at (915)637-2923 and (915)471-3263.

Participating Accelerated Service/Express Diagnostics locations give your vehicle priority attention. Within two hours of the vehicle�s arrival, the dealer will provide a detailed evaluation of the repairs needed and comprehensive estimate. For many common repairs, the diagnosis and repair can be completed within the two-hour window!

Priority diagnostics and rapid communication help you make important decisions about the vehicle, routing and load management. Accelerated Service/Express Diagnostics delivers your truck road-ready fast.

HOW IT WORKS:

� Guaranteed Priority Diagnostics: Within two hours of arrival at the dealer, specially trained Express Diagnostics technicians evaluate the vehicle and determine the repairs required*.

� Parts Support: Parts requirements are included in the Express Diagnostics evaluation. If parts need to be ordered, they are expedited to arrive as quickly as possible.

� Communication: Receive the diagnostics results and repair time estimate within the two-hour window. Repair status updates keep you informed of progress.

� Satisfaction Confirmation: A post-service survey assures that our Accelerated Service promise was kept and you are satisfied with your experience.

*The following repairs are not eligible for Accelerated Service/Express Diagnostics: Body Repairs, regularly scheduled repairs/preventive maintenance, multiple line repair orders.
